THE CASTING PROCESS

Submit Your Audition

Submit your audition video and current headshot so our team can get to know you and evaluate your performance.

Interview

Selected performers will be invited to an interview to discuss their experience, availability, interests, and fit with our company.

Fitting & Character Approval

Performers will attend a fitting where we evaluate which characters they may be best suited to portray based on appearance, measurements, voice, performance style, and overall character fit.

Character Training

Once characters have been selected, performers complete character-specific training covering performance expectations, personality, mannerisms, music, interactions, and company standards.

Field Evaluation

Before performing at paid private events, new performers participate in a complimentary community or school event alongside experienced members of our cast. This gives our team an opportunity to evaluate their performance in a real event environment and ensure they are prepared to represent Princess and Character Parties.

Cast Approval

After successfully completing training and their field evaluation, performers may be approved to accept bookings for their assigned characters.
