By booking a character, mascot, or purchasing tickets to an event with Princess and Character Parties, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All down payments, party payments, and event ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, you may receive a credit toward a future event, but no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Performers are not permitted to remove their shoes for any reason. If your venue requires shoes to be removed indoors, our performers will wear clean shoe covers to respect your space. For the safety and comfort of our characters, especially during warm weather, outdoor performances have specific guidelines. Mascot characters may perform outside for up to 30 minutes if the temperature is 85°F or higher. If no indoor area is available, mascots may take a 10-minute break after the first 30 minutes and then continue the party afterward. This break time will not be subtracted from their scheduled hour. If an indoor area is available, mascots may split their time into 30 minutes outside and 30 minutes inside. Princesses and other face characters require a shaded or covered area when performing in temperatures above 85°F. If no such area is provided, they may request to move indoors for safety. By booking with us, you also agree that any photos taken during your event, including those of children, may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. If you prefer not to have photos shared, you must notify us in writing before the event. Our performers will always remain professional and in character. However, any inappropriate or unsafe behavior directed toward them may result in the immediate end of the performance without a refund. Performers will arrive on time and begin at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee extra time due to delays on the client’s end. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during your event. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe environment for all participants and performers. Events located outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be discussed during the booking process. *
